Return & Refund Policy
Non-personalized and non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of receiving
your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Starlight.JewelryGem@gmail.com. Items must
be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of
receiving the returned item. After 30 days, we are unable to accept any returns or issue
refunds.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations
cannot be accommodated. Starlight reserves the right to determine whether a returned item is in resellable condition.

Please note the following exceptions:
Personalized or customized items may not be returned for a refund.
Exchanged items, and purchases made using store credit, are not eligible for return.
Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be issued in the form of a new gift card.
Starlight is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
