Placing an Order
Orders can be placed anytime at starlightfinejewelry.com. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to update the shipping address.
Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping to eligible countries, automatically applied at checkout.
- U.S. orders: usually arrive in 5–7 business days.
- International orders: usually arrive in 6–12 business days.
- Delivery times may vary by destination, carrier service, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
International Orders & Customs
No surprise customs fees for eligible European orders. For other international destinations, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges required by their country or region. These fees are not included in the product price and are not collected by Starlight at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Gift Orders
Gift packaging can be added at checkout for a ready-to-gift presentation.
